image description: a man with short fluffy dark hair and beige robes looks into a dusty orange tent. in the tent, a man with curly golden hair wearing robes of a bright and reddish colour lies on a cot with an agonised expression on his face. his left arm is pinned beneath him and his right arm hits the cot beneath him with a fist. a shadow covers his eyes, as if his brows are furrowed in thought. the skin that isn't in shadow seems to glow an orange yellow. the inside of the cot also has orange-yellow light hitting it, but the shadows feature greens, blues, and purples. end image description.

comment: i started this on the 10th of may and finished it a month later, because i completely redid the pose of achilles (the guy lying down) while keeping the face the same after the redraw. i think you can tell that the face was drawn seperately by the change in colour towards yellow that i don't allow myself to fix (i cannot obsess over my pieces forever). the concept of this piece is achilles having a temper tantrum. that's it! The Rage Of Achilles has inspired countless great artists, and now me, an amateur. i had fun with the textures and colouring, but wow, achilles and patroclus ruined my life.
